Make certain
to include your complete company profile and very important
- a valid email address. This is how you will receive
access to our wholesale web site to set up your account
once you are approved!
On the
application you will need to provide:
- TIN, Tax ID or SSN
issued by the IRS - OR -
- Business License number
issued by your state - OR -
- Reseller's Permit
Number - OR -
- Any other proof that
you are a legitimate business - AND -
- A verifiable business
reference - AND -
- A phone number for
the business reference
- Additional business
information may be requested to grant wholesale
account status, you will be notified in such cases

BUT we need proof that the items will be sold legitimately
as per our wholesale requirements. If you are not certain

account has been approved (usually a few hours but it
could take up to 48 hours or more on weekends and holidays)
you will receive an email stating that your account
is activated. This email will contain a link to the
wholesale web site where you will activate your account
as well set up your user name and password.
